The design had some difficult parameters to meet but they did an amazing job in all aspects of the design and build.

I writing this testimonial in regard to the purchase and experiences related to the use of a Bristol Manufacturing RS80 Rigger Special Lift Truck that we took delivery of in June of 2021. This machine is primarily used to move and set stamping dies in our daily manufacturing operations. It is the life blood of our success to keep our scheduled jobs running on time.

We met with the owners and their management team in February of2021 at their facility. As part of this meeting, they took the time to give us an extensive tour of their facility and a review of the work they had in process so we could fully understand the materials and construction methods used to build this product.

Upon the completion of the tour, they helped us to spec out a unit that would ideally meet our requirements. I was truly impressed that Ray Oliver Jr. personally took time out of his busy schedule to take part in the delivery of this unit, and made sure we fully understood how to operate it properly and that we were completely satisfied. Bristol Manufacturing understands the importance of uptime of this unit as well, and they have always been very timely in helping us to keep it running and up to date on all preventive maintenance needs.

In closing, I just want to complement the entire Bristol Manufacturing organization on producing an outstanding and dependable product in the RS80 Rigger Special Lift Truck.
